Our Care & Support division is brimming with expertise, sporting a combined total of over 155 years of experience in the Care industry. Each member of our Care & Support team brings their own knowledge and skills to the team, utilising their rich and varied experiences in the industry to help play a part in providing quality care that can meet you or your loved one's needs.
Sally is responsible for managing our Care & Support team, ensuring we maintain our high standard of quality and compliance and that the team is adhering to the standards set by regulatory bodies. With over 15 years of experience in the care sector, Sally has an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and throughout her time at ENS, has continued to grow our Care & Support division from strength to strength.
Gemma is our Compliance Manager who is responsible for the Compliance for the whole Care & Support team. Gemma has over 14 years' experience in the care sector and has as an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. She is a Train the Trainer for Medication and has done extensive work with Positive Support Planning.
As a Compliance Consultant, Anna supports the team to ensure we maintain our high level of CQC compliance. With a wealth of knowledge and over 6 years experience within the Mental Health, Dementia and Disabilities sectors, Anna is well placed for her compliance role. Did you know that Anna has delivered 5 babies into the world? She spent 6 months training to be a midwife before working within care.
Sadie has a diverse role managing staff teams, ensuring that they feel supported and valued. She creates person centred support plans to meet our adults needs and wants and has extensive knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support Planning. Having 13 years experience in care, Sadie's is driven by helping others to grow and have good quality of life. Sadie has a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care as well as a Supervision Management qualification.
Charlie is a rota consultant responsible for pairing ENS Support Workers with the individuals we support in Westcliff and Colchester and managing team rotas. Charlie has 8 years' experience in the care sector with advanced qualifications in dementia. Charlie also has experience of working as a care worker with older people and people with mental health issues.
As our Rota Team Leader, Sharon's main duties include organising the rota team, supervising care staff and sourcing fully trained and qualified staff for support packages. Sharon has 16 years' experience in the care sector and has first-hand knowledge of supporting older people in the community.
Barry, our Care & Support Administrator, is responsible for providing back office support to our Care & Support team. He has over 30 years of diverse experience in the care sector and an Advanced Management in Care qualification, as well as a certificate in education and training. Barry's main passion is supporting children with challenging behaviour.
Simone is a Rota Consultant, responsible for pairing ENS Support Workers with the individuals we support in the Colchester area. Simone manages team rotas and maintains consistency and continuity for both staff and our adults. Simone's work history commenced as a Medical Secretary in Gynaecology, Ophthalmology and Dermatology at Southend University Hospital. With 11 years' of experience in the care industry, Simone's has a keen interest in Mental Health.
Alice has been working in the care industry for almost 10 years. Her experience is predominantly within the elderly care sector, but she has an interest in all aspects of care. She has worked in the community with clients as well as in the office organising staff rotas. She really loves her job and couldn't imagine doing anything else!
To provide the quality care our Care & Support division are also supported by a number of vital back-office teams. Our accounts department provide support on financial matters and funding options. Our HR department are there to support with any safeguarding issues. Lastly, it's the job of our training department to ensure all of our support staff are fully trained and qualified.
