We want to make ENS the best place to work, which is why we have partnered with South East and Central Essex Mind (SECE Mind), a local organisation that promotes positive mental health.
With the guidance of SECE Mind, we've improved how we handle workplace wellbeing over the past 2 years. We have introduced a 24 hour mental health hotline for our support workers and improved our procedures around wellbeing. As well as that, our office staff have undergone training, making us more mindful and receptive to mental health as a business.
Thanks to our focus on mental health and wellbeing at work, we have been short-listed for The Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion's Wellbeing award this year.
Join the ENS team today and enjoy the many benefits of working with us; browse our full range of roles here, and don't forget to register with ENS to apply online.
"I love supporting people at home and in the community, making an impact on someone's life is incredibly rewarding. From older people living with dementia, to younger people with a learning disability, it's good to help people reach their full potential. One of my favourite parts of the job is when you get that breakthrough and the person you're caring for really starts to trust you."
