Our 24 hour care means exactly that! We're here to provide you with the support you need around the clock. It differs from our live in care as a sole carer does not move into your home, instead a small team of regular carers supports you or your loved one 24 hours a day. This enables you or your loved one to remain independent and safe in their own home.
The support will come in many different forms and can include help to access the community, help with domestic tasks, assisting with taking medication through to more complex healthcare support if it's needed. Our aim is to support you to remain independent and do the things you want to do. We make sure we provide a team of regular carers, usually two or three who are matched specifically to you and your needs, so there is always consistency with the care provided and it's always a friendly recognisable face.
We'll visit your home in advance of providing any care to carry out a full assessment of the level of care that needs to be provided and ensure any adjustments or adaptions in the home are made in order to maintain safety at all times. We have almost 30 years' of experience and we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, rated “Good”. Our support workers go through a strict vetting process and we have an established in house training division so we only ever employ and supply the very best support workers with the most up-to-date training.
We can cater for both privately funded care and direct payments through social services funding. If you'd like to find out more about our 24 hour care please contact the Care & Support team on 01702 361405 or email [email protected]
