We believe care at home should mean maintaining your independence, while feeling happy and safe in the familiar surroundings of your own home. Each person we work with will require varying levels of support, whether it's a little bit of assistance with domestic tasks, companionship or greater levels of support to stay safe in your own home. We want to help you move closer to your own personal goals.
Home care allows you to stay in the familiar surroundings of your own home, the place you feel most comfortable, while getting the vital support needed. ENS Care & Support can provide a wide range of home care depending on a person's individual circumstances and needs.
Promoting independence at home and in the community is at the heart of the care we provide. We can support you with personal care, domestic tasks and social inclusion with links to friendships, familial relationships and community-based groups. We provide companionship and support for holidays and short breaks.
We can provide weekly or daily visits depending on the need visiting for a few hours each day or provide as much as 24 hour specialist care if it's required. We spend time getting to know you or your loved one, speaking to friends and family; the people who are important so we know how to provide the best support to each person individually. We will also liaise with medical professionals and advocate on their/your behalf when needed.
If you or your loved one needs care at night as well as in the day this is no problem at all. We're able to provide various types of overnight care to suit a range of needs. Often it's overnight that people who live alone and need additional support find themselves feeling most vulnerable. Knowing that you or your loved one is not on their own at night but has a friendly face to help with whatever is needed can ease any worries and makes sure a good night's sleep is had.
Our fully trained support workers are able to assist throughout the night and can offer support with toilet breaks, administering medication and importantly making sure you or your loved one is as comfortable as possible during the night time hours.
Home care provides a great solution for those wanting to remain in their own home but needing that bit of extra help. It can take a huge pressure off family members to know their loved one is getting the care they need in their own home from those qualified to provide it.
We can cater for both privately funded care and direct payments through social services funding. For more information on home care call the Care & Support team on 01702 361405 or email [email protected]
