For those with more complex healthcare needs still wanting to live independently at home we're able to offer nursing-led care. Our team of registered nurses have extensive clinical experience and are able to build specialist care packages for a wide range of conditions.
One of our registered nurses will visit each person requiring nursing-led care to make a full assessment of the level of care needed and check if there are any special adjustments or requirements that need to be made in order for the person to remain safe in their own home. They will then work to create a tailored care package and make sure suitable support workers and nurses are able to be in place at all times.
We can provide specialist care for a range of complex healthcare conditions and our staff will undergo bespoke training for every individual with a complex healthcare condition to ensure they meet the specific needs of that individual. We work closely with clinicians and physiotherapists to coordinate and manage an individual's care package and any specialist services required.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) rated “Good”. We have extensive experience in supporting people with complex healthcare conditions and strive to deliver a safe, caring, responsive and well-led service.
