If you or a loved one needs care after illness or post hospital discharge, such as following hip or knee replacement surgery or after illness or a fall, then we're able to provide excellent temporary care to help get you or your loved one on the mend.
Our passionate and flexible support workers can deliver bespoke, person-centred care in the comfort of your own home and help speed up the recovery process. Following surgery we can assist with rehabilitation and will liaise and work closely with physiotherapists and medical and clinical professionals as is required. We want to keep you or your loved one safe at all times and get you back on your feet as quickly as possible. During this time we can assist with personal hygiene, domestic tasks, shopping, or anything else you might need support with; we're here to help you with whatever you need.
We have over 30 years' of experience in the care sector and we're regulated by the Care Quality Commission, rated “Good” so you can be sure you or your loved one will be receiving the best possible care.
After recovery, if it's required we can also provide ongoing support and can create an individually tailored care package that's just right you or your loved one's needs.
