We have experience caring for children and young people with a range of needs including complex healthcare needs. In particular we have a large number of support workers who are able to provide excellent care for children and young people with both learning and physical disabilities.
The aim of our care is to support young people to grow and develop new skills and we promote independence with the right support. Our care can be tailored to individual needs and we are able to provide full-time care or shorter daily care.
We have experience managing behaviours that challenge and work closely with parents, carers, teachers and other professionals to understand triggers and develop coping strategies. We want to work closely with every individual we support to ensure challenging behaviour doesn't have an impact on daily life and encourage activities in the community and developing friendships.
Our team of support workers are incredibly passionate about supporting with children and young people and want to help them achieve their personal goals. All our support workers go through the most up-to-date training and can undertake specialist care if needed. With almost 30 years' experience providing local care, you know your child with be in safe hands with our Care & Support.
