For those living with dementia, even the smallest changes can be confusing. Being able to keep your loved one in the familiar surroundings of their own home can make a huge difference to someone who has dementia. Our Care & Support team provide a friendly, consistent and comprehensive service that will give your loved one the confidence to continue doing the things they love while feeling secure in their own home.
With the help of our passionate support workers and over 30 years' of experience, there's nothing that we can't help your loved one with; from the weekly shop, to trips away, you can feel assured they will be safe in our hands.
To help us meet the individual needs of your loved one we always create a tailored support packages for every person we support to ensure we provide the right type of care for them. This starts with picking the right support workers to care for them and we spend time making sure we match support workers to the right people. All our support workers go through extensive training and specialist training can also be undertaken if it's required.
There are many challenges that come with having dementia but with the right support these can be overcome. Our aim is to improve the quality of life for those living with dementia and empower them to continue to enjoy life.
