We are currently recruiting for new support workers, click HERE for jobs.
We have extensive experience in supporting both adults and children and young people with a learning disability. We build bespoke support plans for every person we care for to ensure they get exactly what they need from the care that is being delivered.
We want to help your loved one live the life they want to live. We want to find what makes the people we support smile and make sure we support them to do the things they are passionate about. Our aim is to help them have the confidence to pursue their hobbies, be active in their local community, make friendships and become more independent.
There's nothing our incredible support workers won't do. From walking the dog, to round the clock support, our service can be as involved or as hands-off as you want.
Our team of support workers also have a large amount of experience with managing challenging behaviour. We understand there are often triggers for this which correlate with difficulty communicating and expressing frustrations. We work carefully with parents, carers, teacher and medical professions to ensure we minimise these triggers and help the person we are supporting to develop coping techniques.
